Delivery Information:

• Please note that our delivery service is currently available exclusively to postcodes HU, YO, LS, S, DN and NE (Blue areas marked on the map below)
• For customers in the red zone, collection is the only available option.

Delivery Time:

• Expect your goods to arrive within 4 - 12 weeks.

After Placing Your Order:

• Once your order is confirmed, expect a phone call to schedule a delivery day of your choice.
• This call will occur a few days before the estimated delivery date.

Returns:

1. 1. Custom-Made Products: As each bespoke sofa is custom-made to your exact specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to defects or damages.

   2. Defects or Damages: In the unlikely event that your sofa arrives with defects or damages, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to report the issue. We may request photographic evidence to assess the problem and determine the appropriate course of action.

   3. Resolution: If your sofa is found to have defects or damages that are attributable to production or delivery, we will arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue and your preference.

   4. Return Authorization: Before returning any merchandise, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization number. Returns made without prior authorization may not be accepted or processed.

   5. Return Shipping: If a return is authorized, we will provide you with instructions for returning the merchandise. Return shipping costs may be covered by us in cases of defects or damages, but for other reasons, you may be responsible for return shipping expenses.
