Customers have the choice to arrange for the pick-up of their made-to-measurement sofas.
If the pick-up option is chosen, customers are responsible for coordinating the logistics and ensuring the item is securely delivery to the right address.
This addition clarifies that customers across all UK postcodes can opt for the pick-up option, allowing them flexibility in managing the delivery of their custom-made sofas.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items are custom-made to measurements or specific fabric, cannot be returned.
Delivery Charges:
- Delivery charges apply as specified in the agreement or as communicated during the purchase.
Space Constraints:
- If the delivery team arrives and finds insufficient space to place the sofa inside the premises:
- We reserve the right to leave the sofa at the front of the property.
- Alternatively, we can take it back, but delivery charges will still apply.
